UniStem Day 2024

UniStem Day is the largest European event for dissemination and outreach of stem cell science and regenerative medicine towards high-school students. The event, coordinated by the UniStem Centre at the University of Milan, involves the collaboration of Universities and Research Centers all over Europe. This year marks a significant milestone as Norway joins the UniStem initiative for the first time.

This year, Norway joins the UniStem Day initiative for the first time, and the Mohn Research Centre of Regenerative Medicine is enthusiastically hosting the event. 

We invite high school students in Bergen studying biology and health to take part in this event. This educational and inspiring event provides a unique opportunity to witness some of our exceptional researchers and clinicians showcasing their groundbreaking work in stem cells and regenerative medicine.

Scheduled for March 22, 2024, UniStem 2024 will commence with a presentation elucidating the current therapeutic applications of stem cells in clinical settings. Subsequent talks will delve into the role of stem cells in innate regeneration and innovative approaches to utilizing stem cells for therapy and regeneration, promising an insightful exploration into the forefront of medical research.
