Sustainable Integrated Care Models for Multi-Morbidity: Delivery, Financing and Performance (SELFIE)
Project 2 has already commenced, and the first phase of gathering qualitative data to describe the LAR-Bergen model was completed in the summer of 2016. This description will be used to develop a mathematical funding model.
In collaboration with the EU-funded (Horizon 2020) project SELFIE, BAR will qualitatively describe the LAR-Bergen model and, based on this, develop a funding model to estimate costs associated with integrated LAR treatment. This is in collaboration with the Department of Economics (led by Professor of Health Economics Jan Erik Askildsen) and the General Practice Research Unit in Bergen (led by Professor of General Practice Sabine Ruths) – both at the University of Bergen.
