Do you have premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), or suspect that you do? Or maybe you know someone who does? If so, we hope you can take 10-15 minutes to answer this survey (in norwegian): https://tinyurl.com/bdem56wu

The survey is conducted digitally and is anonymous.
We will use the answers to develop a digital psychological offer aimed at PMDD.

What is PMDD? PMDD is a cyclical mood disorder that occurs in the latter part of the menstrual cycle. It affects around 5% of fertile women and is associated with loss of function at work, relational difficulties, reduced quality of life and increased risk of succidality. There are few treatment options for this group today, and there is a need for more options beyond pharmacological treatment.

In the survey, we want to investigate experiences, preferences and needs for digital tools for people with PMDD and their relatives.
