MinADHD
In recent years, we have seen an increase in the number of adults seeking help from the specialist health service in connection with ADHD. Access to programs that focus on coping with ADHD-related symptoms and issues in everyday life varies across the treatment facilities in Helse Bergen. Therefore it is a great need to upgrade the services for this group.

Through a new study, the MinADHD study, the Research Center for Digital Health Services, together with eBalanse, will contribute to increasing the availability of services for adults with ADHD. In this study, we focus on testing a guided internet program (MinADHD) developed to increase coping in adults with ADHD. The study will contribute to increasing knowledge about the outcome, feasibility, cost-benefit and improvement potential of this type of program.
What is MinADHD?
MinADHD is a guided online program consisting of seven modules. Across the modules, one learns skills related to stress management, goal achievement, emotion regulation, planning/organization and self-compassion. As this is a guided program, each participant has a therapist who follows them through the program and who can provide advice and guidance on the content of each module.
The program has been developed in close collaboration between the section for eHealth, the section for Ebehandling and the Research Center for Digital Health Services. Collaboration with adults with ADHD has also been central in the app development, e.g. they have been involved in writing scripts for the program’s film clips.
