Dear Colleagues,

It is my great honor and pleasure to extend this warmest invitation to you to participate in the XXXIII BÁRÁNY SOCIETY MEETING on October 15th-18th, 2026 in Shanghai, China.

As the president, I sincerely invite audiological vestibular medicine physicians, audiologists and experts in fundamental research, epidemiology, vestibular testing and other relevant fields concerning the mechanism and treatment of vestibular disorders to join us. This meeting will bring together the world’s most distinguished experts to share recent advances in vestibular science and medicine. It also provides an opportunity to revitalize partnership and forge new connections in an open and collaborative environment.

The XXXIII BÁRÁNY SOCIETY MEETING will be held in Shanghai International Convention Center, the same place where APEC 2001 was held. Located in the heart of Shanghai, the center enjoys a beautiful scenery, pleasant environment and convenient transportation.

Czech pediatric otorhinolaryngology, with roots dating back to the post-World War II era, flourished in later decades through pioneering advances in endoscopy and otosurgery. Today, as a specialized field with its own distinct certification, it thrives in two leading centres Prague and Brno, and proudly contributes to the European Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ESPO). This organization has grown with significant Czech involvement from a European Working Group of Pediatric Otolaryngologists into a distinguished society. Prague, a symbol of European unity, provides an inspiring backdrop for sharing innovations and fostering collaboration. We look forward to insightful lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities, that will advance care for young patients and create lasting memories.
